About Pamela Lynne Kemp

Hello and welcome to my website.

I am a native of Philadelphia, PA. I currently work as a Library Assistant with Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Library. My projects include facilitating a gardening program for adults and tutoring elementary students for the Library’s one-on-one tutoring enrichment program.

I hold a BA in Communications from Temple University and an MS in Library Science from the University of Kentucky, where I am also completing the Health track of the MS in Information Communication Technology.

.My areas of interest and specialization are Electronic Resources Management, Consumer Health Information, Programming and Services for Older Adults, Literacy Intervention, and Instructional Design.

My early work experience involved providing first-level technical support for a healthcare insurance provider. I have also worked as a paraeducator in a special education classroom and as a literacy intervention and math tutor for elementary school students.

Preferred pronouns are she, her, and hers.
